Got them to come and fix a leaking toilet. Tuned up on time, did the job and left work area clean and neat. There was still a bit of leaking the night after and they came back to fix it the very next day – they stood by their warranty and workmanship. I will be using then again for my bathroom and kitchen reno soon.

Nathan from H2-Pro plumbing rang before he came to confirm the appointment time. He was friendly polite and efficient explaining to me in detail what works needed to be done to bring my oven connections up to code. He even arranged for an electrician to come on the same day after it was found we unexpectedly required one.The fact I was able to use my oven that night without delay was fantastic. He even swept the floor!!

Can’t recommend the team at H2-Pro enough. Turned up on time, did everything as promised and even cleaned up after they’d completed the job.
I called H2-Pro with an urgent plumbing issue and they had one of their plumbers (Julien) out at my home within the hour. Julien’s quality of work was exceptional, their pricing is transparent and fair, you get no surprises. I had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and Julien took me through the various options and helped arrive at the best solution for what I needed to achieve. I could not be more impressed with the H2-Pro plumbing service and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!!
Nathan was extremely skilled and was able to fix our smelly toilet quickly and had a solution to every problem. He was also extremely kind and patient. Well done!

We got our Sewer connected. The team at H2Pro were very professional and polite. During the initial quoting process, they gave us a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing (the other plumbers did not do the same) The job involved several other trades, and the whole thing went like a well-oiled machine. Their initial quote was very competitive and because one of the other tradies came in a bit less than expected, they passed on the discount to us in the final price. They will be out go-to plumbers in the future.

Dealt with Tony (boss) by phone, helpful and efficient with the booking. A courtesy call was made as promised when guys were on the way, followed by Nathan and Julian arriving within the allotted time.Both guys were the most courteous, friendly, caring (for your home) and efficient tradies I’ve employed, did a general check home up, explaining the cause of existing and potential problems, quoting for repairs and with prior customer approval, then rectifying issues.(seized 1960 taps, leaking cistern washers plus new bath /shower adjustable bath spout)
At all times NATHAN and JULIAN were very respectful of customers wishes (didn’t laugh once at my D.I.Y. disasters ?)

We initially came into contact with this business as contractors who were selected by the company designing and installing our new kitchen. The job completed then was A1. We kept their details. The hot water unit was causing problems recently and we didn’t hesitate to contact these guys again. Totally trustworthy business, prompt and great customer service, highly recommend.

We had an urgent plumbing issue, we called H2Pro who sent Dave to help us out, Dave was very professional, polite and friendly and got the job done very efficiently, he called us prior to arrival and arrived when he said he would.
We would use H2Pro again.
Easily scored 5 stars for me! Same day service, polite, confirmed appointment with the property before arriving, came on the day / time agreed AND fixed the leak without any fuss. Clear printed invoicing. I never need to google again for my plumbing work! Brilliant. Fully recommended.

Rang these guys today for an emergency plumbing issue. Tony was so helpful and friendly on the phone and got back to me straight away sending the awesome Dave to fix our problem in record time. Both so professional and friendly. They support a great charity too. Can’t speak highly enough of the service we received, and quality work performed.

Our toilet broke and I thought I must ring H2Pro.
Then I notice the van pulling up outside our house quite by chance, so I go and chat to Jarred, who comes and takes a look, goes and gets the part needed from supplier, and finishes the job, all in under an hour from my original thought.
More than happy with the friendly and swift service today.

Prompt? Tick. Reliable? Tick. On time? Tick. Helpful beyond the call of duty? Tick. Could not recommend H2-Pro more highly. Dealing with Tony on the phone is also a pleasure. Often I find tradespeople are a tad condescending when dealing with a female, but Tony is really great – it’s like chatting to a mate rather than booking an appointment.
Have removed all other plumbing fridge magnets and put up H2-Pro’s business card (re-stock the fridge magnets!!). Came on time as promised, discovered the leak exhausting all possible sources and even politely drank mediocre coffee. A definite tick from us.
H2-Pro have come to our rescue several times now, most recently a big job involving burst pipes. H2-Pro arrived within 30 minutes and had a temporary fix organised to maintain our water supply while they replaced the pipes over the next couple of days. They are friendly, professional and prompt. I highly recommend H2-Pro.

We have just had a new gas got water system installed by H2-Pro. John phoned me to let me know he was half an hour away and on his way. We had a new cooktop installed at our house today by H2-Pro. John did an all round excellent job – agreed to the job on relatively short notice, was on time, efficient, friendly and did a very professional/neat job of the installation! Post completion, John did a gratis manometer test on the gas line to ensure no leaks in the house from any of our connected gas devices, re-lit all appliances and left us feeling assured of job well done. Highly recommended!

I was in a fluster when I came home to a burst pipe last week. I called various Plumbers, however none were available to come out that day. I called H2Pro and received a prompt call back from Tony shortly afterwards. He was very helpful and professional over the phone and sent Dave out to fix the problem that day. I had some issues with my toilets not flushing & Jarrad came out first thing the next morning to rectify the problem. I was most impressed with the team and I’m most appreciative that they were able to help rectify my Plumbing emergency. Thanks again!!

I had Nathan come to clear roots from my sewer pipe. He came within the estimated time band. He explained clearly what he planned to do and the charges. He included viewing the pipes finally with a camera and sent me copies of those photos. I found him a pleasure to deal with and he successfully cleared my sewer blockage. I will happily recommend H2Pro to others, and I will deal with them again.
Came out Christmas Eve when I had no hot water! Re-lit the pilot light, so I had hot water until they could get a new hot water service installed Wednesday after the Christmas break! AWESOME! Very prompt and efficient. Merry Christmas H2Pro and a Happy New Year!
Dave came again today. Poor guy has had to put up with us several times already this year. Blocked pipe this time. On a hot day of 33 degrees, Tony was very obliging in climbing into our even hotter confined roof space to repair a roof leak for us. H2PRO did a great job installing 2 vanities in our bathroom. The job was done expertly, and nothing was too hard. Tony organised an electrician and a tiler who both did good work. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any type of job and would definitely use them for any future work I may need. They are trustworthy, didn’t exceed their quote and are very friendly.
